We have no obligation to monitor or modify any submitted content, and you bear full responsibility for any content uploaded by you or your customers that may breach applicable laws or these Terms.
These Terms govern the use of services provided by Inde Print LTD, trading as Papello ("Papello" or "we" or "us"), and any of our affiliated entities. Inde Print LTD is registered in the United Kingdom under company number 13113612, with its registered office located at Unit 2 Diamond Business Park, Diamond Way, Stone, ST15 0SE.
Please review these Terms carefully as they set the rules for using our software ("Software"), ordering products ("Products"), and accessing features or services ("Services") provided through our platform. By utilising any of the Services on the platform, you are agreeing to these Terms, along with our Privacy and Cookie Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the software, platform, or services. By selecting the "Agree" button as part of the account registration process, you confirm your agreement to these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, you are not permitted to use our websites, platform, or applications.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, your continued use of the platform after any modifications are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to update or alter the content of our software, platform, or services, including these Terms, at any time. These changes may be posted on our websites or displayed the next time you access the services. It is your responsibility to regularly check for updates. Continuing to use the platform after changes are made signifies your agreement to the revised Terms.
We may temporarily suspend, discontinue, or update any part of our services, with or without notice. If any change significantly reduces the functionality of the services and we do not provide an alternative, you may notify us of your intention to terminate the contract within 30 days of the change.
While we aim to provide products as advertised, we may supply them with minor differences in dimensions or specifications.
"Services" refers to the various functionalities offered through our platform. These may include (but are not limited to): access to application programming interfaces (APIs), payment processing tools, and the ability to purchase products, either on your own behalf or on behalf of customers, using our dashboard.
Our services are provided for commercial use only. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are using it on behalf of a business and that you have the authority to bind that business. If you provide services to consumers using our platform, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, and you agree to indemnify us for any liabilities or damages resulting from such use.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users of the services. While we may monitor disputes between users, we are not obligated to do so. Use your best judgment when interacting with others.
If your customers or clients access our services via your integration, you are liable for their actions as if they were your own.
To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and current information. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, and you agree not to sell, transfer, or assign your account, username, or any associated rights.
The details you provide during registration must be correct and up-to-date. Failing to provide accurate information may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately.
Accounts created through unauthorised methods (e.g., bots, scripts, or other automated means) are prohibited. Additionally, you must not engage in any activities that place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, interfere with the functioning of the platform, or attempt to bypass access restrictions.
You are responsible for any data charges incurred through your use of the services.
Our services are intended for users who are either (i) 18 years of age or older, or (ii) at least 13 years old with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. If you allow a minor to use your account, you are responsible for their actions and any misuse of the platform.

By submitting content to our platform, you grant Papello a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the content in fulfilling orders. You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to the content you submit, and that we are permitted to use it without obtaining further permissions.
You are fully responsible for the content you submit or display through our services. This includes ensuring that content submitted by your customers or clients complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to claims of copyright infringement. If you believe that any content on our platform infringes on your copyright, you can notify us by providing the necessary details.
In the event that we remove content due to a copyright complaint, we will attempt to notify the user who uploaded the content. If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you can submit a counter-notice.
If you are uncertain whether an activity constitutes copyright infringement, we recommend seeking legal advice before proceeding. You agree to indemnify Papello for any losses resulting from claims of copyright infringement caused by content you or your customers submit.
We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe violates these Terms. If you request the removal of your content from third-party sites or promotional materials, we will make reasonable efforts to comply within a reasonable timeframe.
You retain ownership of your content, subject to the licences granted to us.
We do not guarantee that our services will always be available or uninterrupted. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We will not be liable for any unavailability or service interruptions.
You are responsible for ensuring that your systems meet the requirements necessary to access our services, and that anyone accessing the services through your account complies with these Terms.
We encourage you to maintain backups of your content. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from service modifications or discontinuations.
While we maintain reasonable security for our platform, we cannot guarantee the security of your content during transmission over the internet.
"Products" refer to any tangible items made available for purchase through our platform.
After placing an order, we will confirm acceptance by providing you with an order number (a "Confirmation"). A contract is formed only when we send this confirmation.
If we cannot supply a product for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability or pricing errors), we will notify you, and no contract will be formed. If you have already paid, we will refund you as soon as possible.
Once a contract is formed, you may cancel the order, but you will still be charged for any costs incurred, as our products are customised and processed automatically.
Images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your device will perfectly match the actual product, and packaging may vary from what is shown.
We are not responsible for any errors made by customers during order submission, including incorrect file uploads or low-resolution content.
If you receive faulty or defective products, you must notify us within 20 days of receiving your order. To report issues, contact us at help@papello.com. Refunds or replacements will be made at our discretion and may require photographic evidence or product returns.
Users may store artwork in their account's artwork library for the purpose of creating and fulfilling orders through the platform.
Papello cannot be held responsible for the loss of any artwork files stored on the platform. Users are solely responsible for maintaining backups of all artwork they upload to their account.
The storage of images in the artwork library is only permitted for images that are intended to be used for creating and fulfilling orders. The platform is not intended for long-term storage or for purposes other than order fulfilment.
To protect the integrity of our services, Papello will prevent hotlinking of any stored images. Users agree not to use or link stored images for any external purposes other than those directly related to creating and fulfilling orders on the platform.
