Strong brown cardboard postal tubes with a plastic end cap. Kraft paper outer layer provides a professional finish and tear resistance. End caps stapled to the tube to secure the contents whilst in transit.
Cardboard backed, self sealing envelopes, do not bend postal envelopes for everyday mail.
300 DPI minimum
PNG or JPEG format, at least 300 DPI for sharp print results.
sRGB colour profile
Create files in sRGB. CMYK files may produce unexpected colour shifts.
Stay inside the safe area
Keep important graphics within the safe print area to avoid cropping.
Remove guide layers
If using our templates, delete all guide and bleed layers before saving.

To ensure the best possible outcome, use full-bleed images with graphics that span across the entire dimension of the document.
We advise against using borders in your designs. Borders can appear uneven if the print is shifted during the cutting process.
Images can be horizontally or vertically oriented. When creating a product, upload your print file in the desired orientation.
