Papello allows you to bulk generate hundreds of complete product listings simultaneously. Each listing is created automatically with photorealistic mockups, product titles, tags, and descriptions - saving you hours of manual entry, design & research.
You can generate listings using Papello Pre-Made Templates or by turning your own existing listings into Custom Reusable Templates.
Method 1: Using Pre-Made Papello Templates
Papello provides pre-configured listing templates covering popular product setups, such as:
Framed & unframed fine art print bundles
Ceramic mugs across all handle/interior colour combinations
Greetings cards with multi-sided print options
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Navigate to the Bulk Generate page on your dashboard.
Click the Papello Listings tab at the top of the screen.
Select the template that matches the product range you want to launch.
Upload or select your artwork files from your library.
Click Generate.
The listings will be queued and created in the background. You can track them as they populate in real time on your Listings page.
Method 2: Creating and Using Your Own Custom Listing Templates
If you sell a unique combination of variations, frame mouldings, or pricing tiers, you can turn any base listing into a reusable bulk generation template.
1. Save a Listing as a Template
Create a standard or variable listing with the exact products, variants, and pricing you need.
Go to your Listings page.
Find your base listing, click the three-dot action menu (
...), and select Save as template.
2. Generate Listings from Your Custom Template
Go to the Bulk Generate page.
Click the Your Templates tab at the top.
Select your saved template and upload your artwork files.
(Optional) Assign Additional Mockups: At the bottom of the screen, click Assign Mockups to browse our library of lifestyle scenes and room layouts. Select any additional mockups you want rendered with each listing.
Click Generate to start background processing.
Image & Mockup Limits
Maximum Images: You can include up to a total of 18 images per listing (this includes default product variant mockups plus any additional lifestyle mockups selected during setup).
Artwork Quality Protection: Papello automatically checks resolution against each mapped variation size. If a variant's resolution threshold is not met, that specific variant will be safely omitted from the generated listing.
